Cannot change name and email information from "Edit profile" in FAQ
Customer Portal FAQ uses the single sign-on(SSO*) function and uses the login information of the Customer Portal site.
Therefore, information such as name, email address etc can be edited on Customer Portal.
* SSO ... Single Sign-On. A mechanism that authenticates with one ID and password and accesses multiple Web services and cloud services.
From the Customer Portal FAQ, you can change your profile other than your name, email address, icon, and phone number.
