How to use Customer Portal - For customer who buys device and installs first time.
Start with Preparation
- Device (Gateway)
- Device Activation Application (Downloaded from Google Play Store)
- License sheet which is included with shipment.
Let's register user! You can register your name, group name and password.
- Firstly, access the URL which is written in license sheet, then fill in all the necessary items on the form.
- Confirm the registration acceptance email.
- Access the URL which is written in email within 24 hours.
- If you set your password, completion of registration!
Register License Key
Next step is registration license key.
- Login to Customer Portal and click "Register license key" from [Your services(list)/Your service contracts] section.
- Fill in license key and click [Next]
- You can register license key! Let's click "Start our service".
- You can confirm to add application.
This section describes activation of new device. Please keep your smartphone in hand and follow a procedure.
※For Android only
When you activate your device, you need to read QR code with smartphone application. You can install "Device Activation" from Google Play Store.
Read QR code and Activation
- Start [Device Activation] on your phone.
- Login to Customer Portal to use your account information.
- Choose group
- Tap "QR Code" and read QR code on your device by this APP.
- Tap check mark after reading QR code. And then, you finished activating device.
