-
Check the STATUS LED and make sure it is blinking
-
The STATUS LED should start blinking in a heartbeat-style rhythm about 1.5 minutes after powering the unit on.
-
If not blinking after 1.5 minutes, then check cables for solid connection.
-
Make sure PWR (power) LED is on.
-
-
Check the LS (Link Status) LED and make sure it is blinking.
-
LS LED Definition:
-
OFF : No power to the cellular radio
-
Continuously Lit : Not registered
-
Slow Blink : Registered or connected

If blinking, then continue to #3.
-
If no, indicates no cellular network, please contact us from this page.
-
-
Check and record status of SIGNAL (Signal Strength) LEDs
-
If no LEDs are lit or only the single-bar LED is on, signal could be too weak to attach.
-
Put gateway the place where signal is strong.
-
-
Check and record CD (Connection) LED for status of active PPP connection
-
If gateway cannot catch signal, then CD LED is off. If CD LED is off in spite of SIGNAL status is correct, please contact us from this page.
